Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every book you buy here. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, the following policy applies.

Digital goods and the right of withdrawal

By completing a purchase you agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)).

When we do refund

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded - and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • The product is materially different from its description.

In those cases contact us within 14 days of purchase via the contact page (include your order email). Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, back to your original payment method.

When we don't

We cannot refund purchases simply because you changed your mind after downloading, or for accidental purchases reported later than 14 days after delivery.
